Order confirmation
Orders may be reviewed before dispatch. After checkout, a WhatsApp confirmation step may be used to verify delivery details, payment method, and order accuracy before the shipment is finalized.
This helps us reduce dispatch errors and keep the order flow more deliberate and reliable.
Delivery coverage
Primora currently delivers within Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary by courier coverage, city, stock status, or operational constraints.
If a location falls outside standard courier coverage, we may contact you before the order proceeds further.
Dispatch timing
Most confirmed orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. During launches, promotions, restocks, or unusually high order volume, dispatch may take longer.
If there is any meaningful delay, we may reach out using the contact details provided with your order.
Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within approximately 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination city and courier performance.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or regional limitations.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and locations. Availability can vary by order value, customer confirmation status, city coverage, or courier support.
We reserve the right to limit or decline COD where dispatch risk, verification issues, or prior failed deliveries make prepaid or manual confirmation more appropriate.
Failed delivery and re-attempts
If a customer is unreachable, declines confirmation, or does not receive the parcel after courier attempts, the order may be cancelled or future COD requests may be reviewed more strictly.
